General Compatibility Guidelines

1. Compatible with fireplaces or stoves manufactured after 2020 with a touchscreen remote called RC400.
2. Any fireplace using the IntelliFire Touch control system has or can be upgraded to have WiFi control and therefore connect to Josh.
3. If before 2020, order WFM-RETROFIT.
4. If after 2020, order IFT-WFM.
5. If you have issues controlling over WiFi, upgrade WiFi Module to version 0.3.10 or order SRV2326-130 from an authorized dealer.
